1. Eligibility for Returns

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used cosmetic products (including lipsticks) cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Ship the item(s) to the return address provided, including the RA number inside the package.

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
4. Refund Processing
If your return is approved:

A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of return approval.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
